Job Descriptions


Although BIGS set structur of organization in functional circle form, actual operational of organization needs clear and defined job descriptions of each organization division.

  1. Division of Governance Reform (DGR)

DGR plays as organization’s think tank whose job includes creating ideas and initiatives of programs and activities to be performed by organization in accordance with vision, mission and strategies of organization.

To fulfill the main task, a program officer per program/activity is responsible to follow up and realize programs and activities through internal and external work process of organization.

  1. Division of Resource Center (DRC)

The main duty of DRC is providing, managing and serving information needs for organisation’s internal (BIGS staffs) and external needs (beneficiaries of BIGS activities).

This responsibility is shared equally among four main subordinates: Publication, BUJET, Media and Website and Library and Data subdivisions.

  1. Division of Supporting System (DSS)

DSS’s main duty includes providing and managing all facilities and infrastructure of organization to support all operations of achieving organization’s goals.

This duty is shared among two main subdivisions: Administration and Finance subdivisions.
